Twilight Spa Experience Package

Available every day from 4pm until close (excluding Old Street), enjoy a blissful 25-minute treatment of your choice (excluding HydraFacial) plus two hours of thermal spa access. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy day, and you can book online, over the phone, or in-spa between 1 February and 30 April.

Skincare Discovery Class T&Cs

30minute Skincare Discovery Class available on Tuesday 10th February at Ironmonger Row Baths
Guests must be 16 years of age or over to participate.
A £5 booking fee applies and is redeemable against any retail product on the day. The booking fee is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Bookings can be made via email at spaexperience-oldstreet@gll.org or via our location booking page, and are subject to availability.
Late arrivals will not be admitted, and no-shows will forfeit the £5 booking fee.
Spa Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel the session at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by Spa Experience, the booking fee will be refunded.

Twilight Spa Experience Package T&Cs

Available at all Spa Experience locations excluding Old Street (Ironmonger Row Baths).
Offer valid to book and redeem from 1 February to 30 April.
Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or in-spa.
Twilight appointments are available every day from 4pm until Spa Experience closure.
Package includes one 25-minute treatment (excluding HydraFacial) and two hours’ thermal spa access.
Treatments and thermal access are subject to availability.
Available for guests aged 16+.
Standard treatment and thermal contraindications apply.
Full payment required at time of booking.
Cannot be used with any other offer or discount.
Treatment cannot be upgraded; additional treatments may be added at standard pricing.
Booking is transferable to another person.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment/thermal time.
No-shows will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.
Rescheduling is only permitted within the promotional period.
Offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
